The Hiring Manager for the role is Jonas Sjöberg, Director of Infra Services & Partner Relations. Led by Jonas, the Infra Services & Partner Relations team focuses on transparency, clear ownership, and continuous improvement, creating an environment where people support each other in solving complex challenges and building reliable platforms together.

Your role & influence as Infra Platform Engineer

Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for designing, building, and evolving Dustin's AI platform foundation on Azure, enabling secure, scalable, and compliant AI and agent-based solutions across the business.

Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of building and running a scalable, secure, and compliant AI platform that enables rapid development and deployment of AI solutions across Dustin. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with AI Engineers, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure teams, and stakeholders such as CISO, Privacy, and Legal.

Core activities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure landing zones, subscription structures, and standardized environments for AI and agent-based workloads.
  
• Build and automate secure, compliant AI platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD integration, including identity, access, and governance controls.
  
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and compliance by managing Azure AI services, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement and cost optimization.

This is what we imagine you bring

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who enjoys building robust, scalable cloud platforms and thrives in bridging the gap between infrastructure, AI innovation, and enterprise governance in a collaborative environment.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
  
• Experience with designing and operating cloud platforms, preferably in Azure, including infrastructure, identity, and security at scale
  
• Technical skills in Azure services, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform/Bicep), CI/CD pipelines, and implementing governance, compliance, and monitoring for enterprise platforms .
