Your role

We are expanding the Information and Cyber Security organization within Business Area Surveillance and are looking for an Information Security Manager to lead our Information Security Operations team. In this role, you will ensure that information security is effectively integrated into business operations and supports the organization's strategic objectives.

Leading a team of Business Information Security Officers (BISOs), you will work closely with Security Operations and business stakeholders to create a security approach that enables business success while maintaining a strong security posture.

Your main tasks will be:

Lead the integration of information security into business processes and operations.

Drive a security culture that promotes awareness, accountability, and shared responsibility.

Ensure information security requirements are translated into practical solutions that support business growth and agility.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, aligning security objectives with business goals.

Lead and develop a team of Business Information Security Officers (BISOs).

Preferred locations for this role are Solna/Stockholm or Kallebäck/Göteborg.

You are a skilled communicator who can build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizations to achieve results. Personal qualities are highly important. You have strong integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to build lasting professional relationships. You are self-driven, collaborative, and understand how to balance information security requirements with business objectives.

Required skills:

Proven experience leading teams of specialist professionals.

Strong strategic ability to translate organizational goals into team objectives and outcomes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in Swedish and English.

Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within Saab's industry.

Experience from the defense industry, government authorities, or a global organization is highly valuable.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
