Verisure is seeking a highly experienced, strategic and hands-on Nordic Corporate Security Manager to lead and develop our physical security agenda across the Nordic region. Responsibilities of the Corporate Security Manager

As Nordic Security Manager, you hold full accountability for the Corporate Security function across the Nordic region, with a clear mandate to lead, shape, and continuously strengthen the overall security framework . You are expected to define and drive the regional security strategy, ensuring it is not only aligned with global standards but also effectively translated into concrete actions, measurable outcomes, and consistent execution across all Nordic markets.

In this role, you are not only responsible for setting direction- you are expected to ensure delivery, follow-through, and tangible impact . You will proactively identify risks, challenge existing ways of working, and implement robust frameworks that enhance resilience, protect critical assets, and support the business in achieving its strategic objectives .

You will operate in a highly cross-functional environment, working closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, HR, Technology, Information Security, and Compliance. As a trusted partner, you are expected to influence decision-making at a senior level, provide clear and actionable insights, and ensure that security is embedded into business processes rather than treated as a standalone function . In parallel, you will collaborate with international peers and Group functions to drive consistency, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous evolution of the global security agenda.

Success in this role requires the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement , taking ownership in critical situations while maintaining a long-term, proactive perspective on risk and security development.

Core responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the corporate and physical security strategy across the Nordic region, ensuring a consistent level of security maturity across all markets to p rotect Verisure's people, facilities, assets, operations, information, reputation, service continuity, and customer trust against risks of any nature
  • Identify risks, gaps, threats, and vulnerabilities, and drive preventive, reactive, and predictive mitigation actions
  • Lead internal investigations focused on the detection and prevention of misconduct fraud, loss of sensitive information, illegal competition, and other security-related irregularities
  • Address internal and external incidents with potential legal, operational, financial, or reputational impact, ensuring appropriate investigation , escalation, documentation, and follow-through
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Information Security to gather relevant evidence, support sensitive investigations, and ensure actions are aligned with company policies and applicable requirements
  • Coordinate, where appropriate , with law enforcement, public authorities, external advisors, and relevant security bodies in connection with incidents or investigations
  • Develop preventive and predictive methodologies to strengthen fraud deterrence, crime prevention, and loss prevention across the region
  • Monitor compliance with security policies, procedures, standards, and governance requirements, including alignment with global standards and regulatory expectations
  • Promote employee awareness, responsible behaviours , and a strong security and compliance culture across the Nordics
  • Lead corporate security initiatives, including insider risk, personnel security, physical security, crime prevention, fraud deterrence, and investigations
  • Prevent, detect, manage, and learn from security incidents with potential operational, legal, financial, or reputational impact
  • Own and continuously improve incident management processes, tools, reporting routines, and governance across the region
  • Provide intelligence, analysis, and actionable insights related to incidents, investigations, risks, and emerging threats to support strategic decision-making
  • Define, track, and report security KPIs and continuous improvement metrics, including investigation, fraud, incident, and resilience indicators
  • Own and develop the Nordic Business Continuity Planning framework, ensuring readiness to protect critical services and recover effectively from disruption
  • Lead crisis management processes, coordination, exercises, and continuous improvement, ensuring the organisation can respond with structure, speed, and discipline
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across the Nordics, translating complex security risks into clear, pragmatic, and business-oriented recommendations
  • Collaborate with Group and regional security leaders to share best practices, drive consistency, and contribute to the evolution of Verisure's broader security agenda
  • Contribute to enterprise risk management, organisational resilience, and the safe development of the business across the Nordic region

Candidate profile

You are a highly seasoned and trusted security leader with the ability to operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels in a complex, international environment. With a strong track record of leading security functions across multiple countries, you bring deep expertise across corporate security, physical security, personnel security, fraud deterrence, investigations, business continuity, crisis management, and organisational resilience.

You understand that security is not only about protecting the business from risk, but also about enabling the business to grow in a safe, trusted, and disciplined way. You have a well-developed business mindset and understand how to balance risk, operational needs, customer trust, reputation, and commercial priorities, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. You are a natural influencer who builds credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and can translate complex security risks into clear, actionable business decisions. Known for your sound judgment and discretion, you are comfortable handling sensitive matters, working with confidential information, and navigating high-pressure situations with calm, structure, and follow-through. You combine analytical depth with a strong execution mindset and have a proven ability to develop preventive and predictive approaches, implement frameworks, lead investigations, manage incidents, and continuously strengthen security maturity across markets.

Experience and Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of progressive experience within Corporate Security, Risk Management, Intelligence, Investigations, Fraud Prevention, or a related field
  • Solid background in corporate security, physical security, personnel security, investigations, fraud deterrence, and protection of sensitive information
  • Proven experience leading security across multiple countries, preferably in a multinational organisation
  • Strong experience working in matrixed and complex organisational structures, with the ability to align Group, regional, and local stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in incident management, crisis response, business continuity planning, and organisational resilience
  • Experience designing and implementing preventive, reactive, and predictive security measures to reduce risk and protect reputation, service continuity, and critical assets
  • Experience leading sensitive internal investigations and collaborating with HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, Information Security, external advisors, and authorities where relevant
  • Strong understanding of investigation methodology , evidence gathering, incident documentation, root-cause analysis, and follow-up governance
  • Experience developing and monitoring security KPIs, incident management tools, fraud indicators, and continuous improvement metrics
  • Experience engaging with and advising senior leadership and executive stakeholders on complex, sensitive, and high-impact matters
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance requirements, governance processes, and international standards such as ISO
  • A proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into actionable plans, operational routines, measurable outcomes, and sustained behavioural change
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, markets, and functions
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, structure, and an ability to separate signal from noise in complex situations
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure and in crisis situations, while maintaining clarity, calm, and disciplined execution
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels and promote a strong security culture
  • Fluency in English; additional Nordic languages are highly desirable
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the Nordic region
