Information Architect

We're looking for an Information Architect to join us at Telia.

I'm Åsa Boffardi, Head of Business Intelligence, and I am searching for an Information Architect to join us at Telia Sweden B2B.

In this role you will be a key interface between the business and IT. The role focuses on defining and governing business-level information used across analytics, reporting, AI, and decision-making, and driving adoption of the information model across processes, channels, and solutions. It is not a technical IT Architect role and does not involve system design or implementation.

What you'll do:

• Create a structured information model and terminology that ensures one shared truth across the B2B organization.
• Create information transparency and enable data driven decision making.
• Consult with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure alignment and prioritization across customer expectations, business needs and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to support implementation and integration.

What will help you thrive in this role:

You have strong business acumen and can create clarity in complex, ambiguous environments. You are a pragmatic problem-solver, comfortable taking ownership, challenging existing practices constructively, and balancing long-term data integrity with short-term business needs. You are a strong communicator with a drive to standardize, simplify, and drive change.

• Prior experience working as an Information Architect.
• Prior experience in information modelling from a business perspective.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements on IT architecture and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (both verbal and written).
• Experience from complex B2B environments involving CRM, analytics, or performance reporting (advantage).
• Experience defining and aligning shared "one truth" data models across teams (advantage).
