Overview

Microsoft has launched Microsoft Frontier Co, a new business unit dedicated to helping large enterprises design, deploy, and scale customized artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. As part of Frontier Co, Microsoft's Industry Sales team focuses on partnering with customers to achieve strategic goals. This team is responsible for providing a differentiated Customer experience for our customers, providing Industry insights and delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.

As an Industry Advisor, you will partner with some of Microsoft's most strategic customers to help them navigate industry disruption, accelerate AI transformation and unlock new opportunities for growth. You will engage senior business and technology leaders to understand their priorities, shape strategic conversations and identify opportunities where Microsoft can deliver meaningful business value. Leveraging deep industry expertise, you will originate and develop new opportunities, influence complex customer decisions and connect customer challenges to Microsoft's technology, partner ecosystem and industry solutions. Working closely with account teams, solution specialists and partners, you will help customers achieve transformational outcomes while contributing to Microsoft's commercial growth and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

• Leverage deep industryexpertiseand market insight to help strategic customers accelerate AI transformation,identifynew sources of business value, and create opportunities that drive customer and Microsoft growth.

• Originate and develop industry-led opportunities across assigned customers, connecting business challenges to Microsoft's AI, Copilot, Security and Cloud solutions through differentiated industry narratives and use cases.

• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior businessdecision-makersto shape strategic agendas, influence investment priorities and accelerate demand generation across short- and long-term growth opportunities.

• Act as an industry thought leader, bringing external market perspectives, emerging trends and customer insights that help create scalable and repeatable solutions for customers and Microsoft.

• Partner closely with account teams, solution specialists and strategic partners to orchestrate customer engagements, accelerate opportunity progression and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Drive operational and commercial excellence through disciplined opportunity management, effective prioritisation and a relentless focus on customer impact and value creation.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's OR Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field AND significant years customer-facing experience in operations, enterprise-level improvement program management, retail and consumer goods industry, management consulting, consultative selling, technology or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience OR equivalent experience
  
• Relevant years proven leadership and orchestration experience
  

Industry Advisory IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Sweden is kr 874,000.00 - kr 1,439,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
