We apply Agile HR principles, working closely with the organisation, learning through feedback and data, and continuously adapting our people practices as our needs evolve. This is a broad and hands-on HR role for someone who enjoys combining people interaction with structure, independent responsibility and continuous improvement.

The Role
As HR Specialist, you will work closely with our Head of HR. You will independently manage and coordinate defined HR processes and support employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
You will have a broad role spanning recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration and data, work environment activities and day-to-day HR support. You will be responsible for ensuring that the processes within your area are well structured, professionally delivered and continuously improved.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, creating structure and making sure things get done, while providing a professional and positive experience for candidates, employees and People Leads.
Key areas of responsibility
Manage recruitment processes, including candidate communication, interview coordination and recruitment administration
Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate activities, documentation and follow-up related to Systematic Work Environment (SAM) Management and the Safety Committee
Maintain accurate employee information, HR systems, documentation and records
You will also contribute to
Provide HR support to employees and People Leads, handling routine matters and working together with the Head of HR on more complex questions
Prepare and validate employee and compensation data for reporting, analysis and recurring HR processes
Support recurring HR activities related to engagement, communication, performance and employee development
Support personnel security activities throughout the employee lifecycle
Work closely with employees and People Leads to understand needs, gather feedback and improve HR practices
Across all these areas, you will work with an Agile HR mindset, staying close to the organisation, learning from feedback and continuously improving our processes, tools and ways of working.
