Head of Transformation & Portfolio Simplification

We're looking for a Head of Transformation & Portfolio Simplification to join us at Telia.

I'm Anna von Gegerfelt, Head of Operational Excellence & Transformation within B2B Telia Sweden, and we are searching for someone up for a challenge and ready to grow with us at Telia B2B. What you'll do:

You will be a key part of the B2B Operational Excellence & Transformation leadership team, responsible for driving best-in-class customer experience and optimizing internal operations. Our ultimate goal is to make it easy to do business with us through simplification, digitalization, and transparency.

As our Head of Transformation & Portfolio Simplification you will lead a team of experienced project managers, customer migration specialists, change & roll-out agents and business transformation architects focused on transforming, digitalizing, automating and simplifying our portfolio and underlying technical landscape.

You and your team will define, plan and execute on business transformation targets, leading the journey towards a simplified offering model, transformed way of working and automated, AI enabling IT landscape. You will coordinate and drive change management, communication and roll-out across the full organization and follow-up on business value realization. Your team will also lead Portfolio Simplification projects initiated by our Business Management unit, migrating offerings and customers to new technical solutions or platforms. In short: enabling streamlined, quick-to-market, easy-to-use and AI-enabled business operations.

• Develop our business and customer operations by transforming our way of working and simplifying our portfolio and IT landscape.
• Create the foundation that allows us to become streamlined, transparent, quick-to-market and AI enables, delivering on business transformation goals by designing, implementing and rolling out our next generation BSS landscape for Telia B2B.
• Consult with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand business and operational needs and requirements, translate that into target way of working, solution requirements and measurable business values.
• Cooperate with Customer Operations, Sales, Business Management, Operational Excellence as well as IT right-sizing the level of digitalization and automation taking high / low volume and wanted customer interaction into account, managing roll-out and change management to the different units.
• Balance strategic direction with tactical execution, ensuring ideas become valuable customer outcomes.

What will help you thrive in this role:

To succeed in this role, you have the ability to drive simplification and question the status quo, challenging business, operations and IT to simplify and standardize offerings, ways of working and solutions. You can balance different needs and requirements, and you dare to propose action and take ownership of the total solutions. You are a strong communicator with the ability to create clarity and give direction and you lead by example, cooperating with teams and individuals throughout the organizations.

• Proven experience in leadership, project & program management, transformation / digitalization in complex B2B industries, change management and customer migrations.
• Strong knowledge of end to end customer processes, related business rules & offering modelling and overall BSS architecture, preferably from B2B telco or similar industry.
• Ability to engage, envision and execute, create clarity and deliver measurable outcomes. Structured decision maker with cross-functional cooperation skills.
• Fluency in English & Swedish.
