• Accelerate the progression and mobility of high-potential talent across the organization.

• Increase the impact and visibility of early-career talent pipelines.
• Provide executive leadership with data-driven insights on capability risks, succession health, and talent outcomes.
The skills you bring:
• Extensive experience leading enterprise talent, leadership development, performance, or succession strategies in complex global organizations.
• A track record of driving measurable business outcomes through talent transformation and leadership capability building.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and shape organizational decisions.
