We're hiring engineers. Not ticket-takers.

At Anyfin, we're building financial infrastructure and products used by millions of people across Europe with a deliberately small engineering organisation.

That means we care a lot about who we hire.

What the role actually looks like

This is not a place where engineering sits separately from the business.

Small cross-functional teams own their work end-to-end, from identifying problems and shaping solutions to shipping and operating them in production.

Engineers here work closely with product, data and commercial teams to solve real-world problems across:

• Payments
• Credit decisioning
• Customer experience
• Operational tooling
• Internal AI systems
• Scaling infrastructure across markets

There's very little ticket-pushing and very few handoffs.

We value people who can think independently, make sound tradeoffs and move things forward without unnecessary complexity.

We also use AI heavily in day-to-day engineering work and product development.

AI and machine learning have been part of Anyfin since the beginning, originally through credit assessment models, and increasingly across operations, tooling and product experiences.

Today we work with multiple frontier models, build internal AI tooling and agent infrastructure, and are investing heavily in AI-powered financial experiences.

The engineering team works together from our Stockholm office during most of the week. We genuinely believe collaboration, fast feedback loops and problem-solving work better that way.

Anyfin is a European fintech company helping people improve their financial well-being.

We currently operate across multiple European markets and continue to expand rapidly, with ambitions far beyond refinancing alone.

Our banking-light license opens the door to a much broader financial platform over time and we're still early in that journey.
