Basta keeps expanding - and Västerås is next !

We are opening a brand-new Basta restaurant in Västerås, and we are looking for energetic Front of House team members to help us bring the Basta experience to life from day one.

We are hiring for:

• Runners
• Waiters
• Bartenders
• Hosts

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence and genuine energy.
• Supporting smooth, fast and organised service across the restaurant.
• Taking care of guests at every stage of their experience.
• Working closely with the team during busy services.
• Helping maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Bringing the Basta personality to life through great hospitality.

You'll thrive in this role if you

We are looking for people with a great attitude, strong team spirit and a natural love for hospitality.

• Enjoys working with people and creating great guest experiences.
• Stays positive and calm during busy services.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Is reliable, hands-on and willing to learn.
• Has previous hospitality experience, or a strong desire to start and grow.
• Brings personality, energy and care to everything they do.
