• Developing conceptual electrical designs, including single-line diagrams (SLDs), site layouts and technical documentation.
• Selecting and sizing electrical equipment, including battery systems, inverters, transformers, cables and medium-/high-voltage components.
• Assessing grid connection requirements, protection concepts and control solutions.
• Supporting technical feasibility assessments and responding to customer requirements.
• Acting as the technical point of contact during the tender phase, ensuring proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable.
• Coordinating with engineering, project execution and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover.
We are looking for someone who has

• Hands-on experience producing electrical design documentation and single-line diagrams.
• Experience with grid connection processes and collaboration with grid operators in a Nordic country.
• Familiarity with relevant grid codes, electrical standards, power system control and protection.
Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS), inverter-based power systems, tender engineering or power system simulations is a strong advantage. Knowledge of Nordic ancillary services is also beneficial.
You are structured, self-driven and comfortable managing technical decisions under tight deadlines. You communicate complex technical topics clearly in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is an advantage.
