The Elevate program runs in parallel with your first projects, equipping you with tools and possibilities to kickstart your career. You'll dive straight into real projects with real clients. Backed by training, feedback and mentorship. We don't believe in watching from the sidelines. You'll be in the room, contributing from the start, learning from experienced consultants and experts from across Eidra - collaborating in projects that makes a difference. You will get to experience the high pace and steep learning curve of being a management consultant. You'll build capabilities in strategy, transformation and leadership while accelerating your learning in a fast-moving, team-driven environment.

- Graduating in 2027 with a Master's degree in Business administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent
- Having a strong interest in pursuing a career in management consulting
- Having strong analytical and exceptional problem-solving skills
