We are on an exciting growth and transformation journey - now looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Management Team and help shape the future of Dometic.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance leader to play a pivotal role in shaping Dometic's future. As a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, you will drive the continued transformation of our global business, strengthen financial performance, and lead the evolution of our finance organization in a dynamic and complex international environment.

About the position

As CFO of Dometic, you will be responsible for leading the company's global finance organization and driving the financial strategy across the Group. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee Group Business Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, and IT, while working closely with segment leadership teams around the world.

The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence and requires a strong business mindset, outstanding leadership capability, and the ability to drive transformation across a global organization.

Your main responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Management Team, Board of Directors, and investors.

Lead Dometic's global finance organization and financial transformation.

Drive financial strategy, performance management, planning, and reporting.

Lead M&A activities and post-acquisition integration.

Oversee Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Internal Audit, and IT.

Drive capital allocation, financing strategy, and financial governance.

Develop high-performing teams and support the company's digital transformation.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within finance leadership and business transformation as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

Proven CFO experience in a publicly listed company.

Strong leadership track record in complex, international organizations.

Expertise in financial performance management, transformation, and governance.

Solid experience in M&A, integrations, and corporate finance.

Strong understanding of capital markets, investor relations, and treasury.

Experience leading large global teams and driving organizational change.

International exposure, preferably including North America.
