Our inspiration comes from the small bistros of Paris and the simple trattorias of Tuscany.
Tasks:
- Preparation and production of dishes from our à la carte menu
- Ensure high quality in taste and presentation
- Work efficiently during service
- Maintain cleanliness and structure in the kitchen
- Contribute to a positive working environment
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a restaurant or à la carte kitchen
- Good cooking skills
- Experience with pasta and pizza is an advantage
- Fluent English
Personal characteristics:
- Passionate about food
- Structured and reliable
- Able to work under pressure
- Team-oriented
- Flexible
