As a Brand Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity across various platforms and touchpoints. Your primary focus will be to visually communicate our company's values, mission, and messaging through compelling design elements. You will work closely with the brand team and other stakeholders to create high-quality design and ensure consistency and cohesiveness in all brand-related materials. You'll be the powerhouse who makes beautiful things happen.

Reports to: Head of Brand

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the brand team to maintain high-quality designs and creative outputs.
• Create and establish branding guidelines and be the guardian of our visual identity, ensuring perfect consistency across all touchpoints.
• Designing and producing internal brand assets and documents.
• Designing and creating artwork such as logo design, packaging, and promotional materials
• Design & create assets for brand and marketing campaigns, including assets for website, digital ads, social media, and CRM.
• Creating brand design solutions for our brand partnerships and event productions.
• Working alongside other members of the brand team to conceptualize and develop brand design concepts to be presented to other stakeholders.
• Researching current design trends and staying up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience working in a creative studio/agency or brand. You have an elevated design style.
• Previous experience working as a motion graphic designer/digital designer.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar.
• Must be currently located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
• A passion for design systems and grids, they form the basis of your toolkit to create purposeful design.
• You have excellent skills in typography, logo design, and grid layout.
• Fluent in Adobe CS and Figma.
• A self-starter, you come armed with ideas and solutions before you're asked.
• Knowledge of print design and previous experience working with print suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work calmly under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to present visual concepts well and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• You have a good understanding and experience of bringing a brand to life in the digital space, in print outcomes and are excited to continue to learn and grow.
