Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today, we are a team of more than 500 people, and our award-winning technology is being deployed across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients include some of the world's biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.

We are seeking a Digital Designer with a versatile skill set and a generalist approach to join our journey. You'll be an integral part of the Creative Department, reporting to the Creative Director and working alongside a group of talented creatives, designers, editors, and motion designers. Your role will be to drive and execute a variety of design and content projects, ensuring they meet our brand's standards and vision.

Job description

• Drive diverse design and content projects, from initial concept to final delivery, across various formats such as motion design, web design, social media assets and more.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Einride's visual identity, making sure it's consistently applied across all our communication channels.
• Work with a broad range of design disciplines, ensuring a balanced approach between creativity and practical execution.
• Maintain high-quality design standards throughout all phases of a project.

Requirements

• A solid foundation in design, backed by experience either in an agency or within an in-house creative team.
• Experience with product-driven brands is a plus.
• A true generalist, comfortable working across a wide range of design tools and crafts and a diverse portfolio to prove it. Skills in motion design and film editing are highly valued.
• Proficiency working with Adobe CC, Figma and Premiere, or similar editing software.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of delivering impactful design solutions that engage our audience.
• A problem-solver who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all designs are executed to a high standard.
