About the role
As Assistant Head Chef, you are the Head Chef's closest partner and a key leader in the kitchen. You play a central role in daily operations, service execution and team development, ensuring consistency, quality and strong collaboration throughout the kitchen.
This role combines hands-on cooking, leadership and structure, and is crucial during the opening phase and beyond.

The successful candidate will
- Have previous experience as Assistant Head Chef, Sous Chef or similar
- Be confident leading a kitchen team during service
- Support menu development and implementation
- Ensure high standards in quality, hygiene and workflow
- Be a clear communicator and a strong team player
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious kitchen environment
- Have a genuine interest in grill cooking and open-fire techniques
