About the role :

We are looking for a hands-on Application Specialist to support and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform within the Corporate & Investment Banking division (CIB) Combining a strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio with a practical understanding of AI, and knows how to work hands on in turn these technologies into solutions that make a real difference to the business.

In this role you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital solutions to create business value.
  

• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand processes, challenges, and strategic objectives , translating them into scalable solution designs and architectural requirements.
  

• Partner with architects, engineers, and product owners to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and long-term platform strategy.
  

• Design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions, automations, and digital capabilities using modern low-code and pro-code technologies .
  

• Contribute to improving data quality, reporting and insights, ensuring the platform supports decision-making across the CIB value chain.
  
  

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• A passion for business, data and technology and like to get things done
  

• Hands-on experience building solutions in Dynamics, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate , power apps ,
  

• Understanding of generative AI concepts such as large language models, knowledge grounding, retrieval-augmented generation and agent ic workflows.
  

• Understanding and drive to be on top of Standard Agents and functionality in Dynamics 365
  

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, prototypes or production-ready services.
  

• An interest in secure and governed AI development, including data handling, access management, testing and lifecycle management.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move between details and the wider business purpose.
  

• Clear communication skills and the confidence to facilitate discussions, explain technical choices and support colleagues with different levels of technical experience.
  

• Fluency in English and Swedish
