Application Specialist - Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer

Swegon is building a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform to strengthen our customer-centric digital capabilities. The solution is already deployed in multiple countries and is continuously expanding.

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer, Application Specialist with focus on Field Service to join our growing software team. You will play a key role in turning business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions and help bring technologies like AI, IoT, and automation into real-world use. Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE (primarily Field Service)

Design and implement integrations with other systems

Support and improve global deployments

Collaborate closely with product and architecture teams

Drive continuous improvements in development processes

Provide user support via ticketing tools

Ensure high-quality UX and intuitive solutions

We are looking for someone who:

Has 5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CE development

Has strong interest in technology and digital transformation

Is comfortable working in an agile environment

Communicates effectively with both technical and business teams

Technical Skills (Relevant Experience)

Dynamics 365 CE (customization, plugins, workflows)

Power Automate

Integration patterns

Meritorious qualifications include experience within the Field Service domain, such as service workflows, technician management, and scheduling. Experience with ERP and CRM integrations is also highly valued, as well as strong knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps. Experience with IoT integrations is considered a significant advantage, along with prior work with Dynamics Field Service in a large multinational organization. A basic understanding of Power BI is also desirable.
