Are you ready to drive AI transformation for real? We are looking for Consultants for the Change & Delivery track within Curamando. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how our clients work today and in the future. You will identify inefficiencies, redesign key processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives that make organizations faster, smarter, and more scalable. A core part of the role is to accelerate AI and automation adoption. You will identify where AI creates the most value, translate opportunities into concrete initiatives, and help teams turn potential into real improvements in how work gets done.Purpose of the Role
As an AI Project Lead, you drive prioritized AI cases and development initiatives from early ideas through execution and adoption. Your focus is on digital product development, process optimization, and change management. You ensure that projects deliver measurable business value-tracking impact across efficiency, quality, and time savings-while gradually strengthening the client's AI capability.
Key Activities
- AI Strategy: Map and analyze end-to-end processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities. Evaluate and support use cases for AI and automation to improve workflows and decision-making.
- Project Management: Establish project plans. Drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation. Facilitate daily work, demos, and documentation. Lead steering group meetings.
- Change Management: Lead stakeholder collaboration through workshops and forums. Act as a change driver, helping teams adopt new ways of working in a pragmatic and scalable way. Be comfortable speaking about AI to large groups.
- Digital Product Development: Translate business needs into AI-driven features. Balance experimentation (PoC/MVP) against stable production deployment and lead the transition between phases.
- Impact & Governance: Prioritize initiatives and track impact (KPIs). Create status reports and risk mappings. Escalate obstacles and propose proactive measures.
Who are you?
We are looking for an analytical problem-solver who can structure complex challenges and influence stakeholders in a hands-on way. To thrive, you should have:
- Background: At least 2 years experience from management consulting, project management, or roles focused on process improvement and operational excellence.
- Technical AI Understanding: Understanding of how GenAI and ML works. Knowledge of concepts like RAG, fine-tuning, evals, as well as prompt and context engineering.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude Code, or Lovable, and a strong interest in modern AI-enabled workflows and orchestration (e.g. LangChain, n8n, Copilot Studio)
- Change Leadership: Proven ability to lead change and drive improvements across cross-functional teams (developers, designers, domain experts, etc.).
