What you will do

As part of the Kewdale Aftersales Team your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure closure of invoices in-line with LPI's, and maintain dialogue with involved parties regarding issues that cause
  • Provide Administrative support to the Branch Manager
  • Monitor and purchase stationary, office consumables, workshop consumables and processing in relevant systems
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation


Who you are

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes along with the following:

  • Excellent relationship management
  • Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
  • Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
  • Effective in problem solving, negotiation and influencing
  • Experience in processing automotive invoices
