What you will do
As part of the Kewdale Aftersales Team your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure closure of invoices in-line with LPI's, and maintain dialogue with involved parties regarding issues that cause
- Provide Administrative support to the Branch Manager
- Monitor and purchase stationary, office consumables, workshop consumables and processing in relevant systems
- Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation
Who you are
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes along with the following:
- Excellent relationship management
- Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
- Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
- Effective in problem solving, negotiation and influencing
- Experience in processing automotive invoices
