Beskrivning

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to providing complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Our values - customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste - are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

Role Summary

Your assignment is to lead and coordinate Scania's capability to execute workforce transitions connected to major transformations.

You will provide an overall view across parallel transformation initiatives, identify dependencies and organizational impact, and support consistent approaches across the organization.

A key part of the role is to connect different perspectives and stakeholders, helping ensure that workforce-related implications are understood and addressed at the appropriate level.

You will also support sponsors and business leadership in navigating workforce transition topics and facilitate alignment when common direction or decisions are required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the overall workforce transition capability and related activities across major transformations.
  • Maintain an overview of workforce transition activities across parallel transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and coordinate dependencies, organizational impact, risks, and timing across transformations.
  • Support consistency in workforce transition approaches across transformations and business areas.
  • Support sponsors, steering groups, and business leadership in workforce-related aspects of major transformations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and calibration between relevant stakeholders.
  • Bring together relevant perspectives from the business, People and Culture, Labour Law, and union representatives to support coordinated execution.
  • Receive relevant input from global union forums, translate it into the Swedish context, and support appropriate communication and implementation.
  • Prepare and facilitate topics requiring common direction or decisions in relevant Swedish decision forums.
  • Work closely with Workforce Transition Specialists and other relevant experts to connect overall coordination with practical execution.
  • Identify areas where common direction, escalation, or management attention is required.

Who You Are

We believe you have solid experience from working with large-scale transformation, organizational change, workforce transition, People and Culture, Human Resources, or related areas.

You are comfortable working in complex environments where several transformations, stakeholders, and organizational perspectives need to be considered simultaneously.

You are able to create structure and direction without necessarily having formal authority over the stakeholders involved. You can move between an overall transformation perspective and specific workforce-related questions while involving the appropriate experts when needed.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

  • Have solid experience from complex organizational transformations or workforce-related change.
  • Have experience coordinating activities involving multiple business areas and stakeholders.
  • Understand the interaction between business transformation, organizational impact, and workforce implications.
  • Have a good understanding of People and Culture processes, labour law, collective agreements, and union relations, or significant experience working closely with experts in these areas.
  • Are comfortable supporting senior stakeholders, sponsors, and steering groups.
  • Have strong stakeholder management, coordination, and facilitation skills.
  • Can identify dependencies and bring different perspectives together to support common direction.
  • Have a structured and analytical approach and are comfortable working with complex and sometimes sensitive topics.
  • Can distinguish between topics that can be handled within established frameworks and topics that require escalation or common decisions.

This Is Us

You will be part of the Total Rewards & Labour Relations team, a specialized group that combines legal expertise with compensation strategies to support key business decisions.

Our team is uniquely positioned close to senior decision-makers, where we proactively drive legal and compensation strategies that align with both business needs and employee relations. We believe in collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and practical solutions to ensure a strong and compliant workplace environment. If you thrive in a dynamic setting where you can make a real impact, you'll fit right in with us.

Scania Offers

We offer a dynamic and engaging workplace where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. You will be part of a strong team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and close cooperation across functions.

Benefits include access to our health center in Gröndal or a wellness allowance, result bonus, flexible working hours, and company car leasing.
