As Warehouse Manager SE, you play a key role in translating these ambitions into operational excellence. You lead and develop the warehouse operation to deliver high-quality logistics performance across all channels, while creating a safe, inclusive and motivating environment where people can grow and perform at their best. You will be based at our Warehouse in Spånga.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Warehouse Manager SE, you translate strategic direction into strong operational performance while building a flexible and scalable logistics setup that supports Acne Studios' growth. You lead the long-term development of the warehouse while staying closely connected to daily operations, ensuring high standards, efficiency and strong team performance by:
  • Owning the end-to-end management of Warehouse SE, including all core warehouse flows (inbound, outbound, returns, e-tail and special flows) and related operational and administrative processes.
  • Leading, developing and engaging the warehouse team through recruitment, planning, training and hands-on daily leadership, while securing accurate time reporting in Quinyx.
  • Remaining operationally involved by regularly participating in warehouse activities to ensure deep process understanding and continuous improvement.
  • Driving performance and collaboration through regular performance follow-ups, annual reviews and close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing supplier and procurement activities, including contract evaluation, invoice approval in MediusFlow and cost control in line with budget expectations.
  • Working closely with wholesale, retail and e-tail teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality logistics experience across all channels.
  • Ensuring accurate stock handling through returns management, discrepancy investigations, regular stock counts and the annual full inventory.
  • Securing compliance with Health & Safety regulations and following up on warehouse KPIs together with the Supply Chain Manager EMEA.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field
  • At least five years of leadership experience in a labor-intensive environment
  • Minimum three years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations
  • Proven ability to optimize processes and manage daily operations
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Strong analytical, numerical and systems proficiency (ERP, WMS, MS Office)
