In this role your main task is to ensure goods are received and shipped whilst meeting quality, legal and costs parameters. Also to develop, maintain and improve transport/documentation processes to optimize inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.

Your responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor transports, ensuring high quality of transport operations
- Manage operational relationship with transport suppliers
- Validate transport invoices and ensure proper allocation and spend visibility
- Optimize transport operation by choosing best transport option and consolidation strategies where possible
- Work with other parts of Operations (manufacturing, planning, procurement) to streamline end-to-end processes
Your background
- Very good knowledge of customs and other export documents
- Very good knowledge of different transport conditions
- Good knowledge of purchasing and negotiation techniques
- Good knowledge in MS Excel and Word, SAP is a merit
- Good oral and written proficiency in English
