- You can turn a stranger into a friend within a few hours
- You are a service-minded, flexible and reliable person
- You have lived in Stockholm for at least a year and intend to stay here for at least one more year
- You are mature and possess leadership skills that allow you to lead a group of guests who come from many places and cultures
- You are completely fluent in English (fluency in another language is a big plus)
- You love walking and/or biking and meeting people from all over the world
