Role Overview

The System Architect - Senior Expert is responsible for defining and driving end-to-end system architecture, functional specifications, and system requirements aligned with overall product objectives. This role provides technical leadership across the complete product lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, and system functions while delivering scalable, robust, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system level functional specifications and requirements based on product needs.
• Define complete system architecture, solution concepts, and integration strategies.
• Manage global function targets and coordinate end-to-end function owners across teams.
• Lead system decomposition and allocation of requirements to subsystems and components.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable components, technologies, and design alternatives.
• Coordinate integration across Vehicle, Powertrain, Chassis, Connectivity, ADAS, Energy Management, and Digital Services domains.
• Ensure architecture compliance with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ASPICE, UNECE R155/R156, and customer development processes.
• Ensure successful system integration, validation, and performance achievement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, safety, cybersecurity, verification, and product management.
• Drive technical reviews, architectural governance, and engineering best practices.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to influence future product strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in System Engineering, Product Development, or System Architecture.
• Strong expertise in requirements engineering, system design, integration, and architecture development
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDV, E/E Architecture, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, Connectivity, and Cloud enabled vehicle technologies.
