Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter
What You Will Work On
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for technical specialist and engineering roles
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment needs and hiring strategies
Source and attract top technical talent through proactive search and pipeline development
Build and maintain strong candidate networks across Engineering, AI, ML, and Data Science domains
Conduct candidate screening, evaluation, and recruitment coordination activities
Ensure structured, fair, and high-quality recruitment and selection processes
Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition and HR teams across international environments
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives
Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously within a fast-moving organization
Contribute to long-term talent acquisition and workforce planning activities
What You Bring
Experience working as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience recruiting within complex technology domains such as Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI
Ability to independently manage full end-to-end recruitment processes
Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development capabilities
Consultative and collaborative working approach
Ability to thrive in fast-changing and international environments
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Interest in technology and willingness to continuously learn technical domains
Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders
