Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Object Leader
What You Will Work On
Coordinate and follow up engineering activities related to vehicle development projects
Support development of schematics and cable harness solutions for vehicle chassis systems
Plan, monitor, and track project activities, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate activities related to test vehicle components and engineering releases
Identify, manage, and follow up project deviations, risks, and corrective actions
Ensure project commitments and delivery targets are achieved
Report project status, progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives
Act as the primary coordination point between project teams and stakeholders
Support engineering teams in daily planning and execution activities
Foster collaboration, engagement, and effective teamwork across functions
Contribute to line group activities, process improvements, and operational development
Support organizational and team development initiatives
What You Bring
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, design, or product development environments
Proven experience in project coordination, planning, and follow-up activities
Experience working in Agile teams and project-oriented organizations
Strong leadership and facilitation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and disciplines
Experience working within automotive, vehicle development, or engineering environments
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance technical details with a broader project perspective
