Technical Analyst 2-Support

Job Description

In this role, you will work directly with Oracle Health applications, investigate complex incidents and collaborate with colleagues across support and development to deliver effective solutions for our clients.

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical application support for Melior, Obstetrix and related Oracle Health applications..
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve client incidents and service requests..
• Perform front-end application investigations and application maintenance..
• Prioritise issues according to severity, urgency, client impact and business needs..
• Collaborate with support, development and other internal teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues..
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles and knowledge-transfer materials..
• Participate in on-call support and work outside normal business hours when required..
• Travel when required, up to 20%..

Responsibilities

What you will bring

• Experience working with SQL and T-SQL..
• At least three years of Healthcare IT and/or Oracle Health product experience..
• At least one year of customer service or technical support experience..
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English..
• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience..
Preferred experience

You may also bring:

• Two or more years of technical or application-support experience..
• Experience supporting clinical healthcare applications or hospital information systems..
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and incident-management skills..
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues in a fast-moving support environment..
Location and working model

This role is based in Sweden and requires working from the office five days per week.
