Your role & influence as Talent Acquisition Partner
Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for driving end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business areas, partnering closely with hiring managers, proactively attracting top talent, and contributing to the continuous development of modern and effective Talent Acquisition strategies.
Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. You will work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with hiring managers, HRBPs, People & Communication, and business leaders across multiple functions and markets.

Core activities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to signed offer while ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Proactively source, search, and headhunt top talent through modern sourcing strategies and data-driven Talent Acquisition methods.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, recruitment reporting, challenging recruitment needs, and supporting strategic hiring decisions within your business areas.

Additionally, it's important that:
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment in-house, bringing structure, collaboration and the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience recruiting across the Swedish and broader Nordic markets. Experience working with recruitment in the Netherlands and Belgium is considered a strong advantage.
- You have strong experience within sourcing and headhunting, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- You are confident in stakeholder management and comfortable supporting, coaching, and challenging hiring managers
- You are structured, collaborative, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- You are tech-savvy and interested in modern Talent Acquisition methods, systems, tools, AI, and data-driven recruitment
- Experience working with assessment tools such as Assessio is considered a plus
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Swedish is a plus.
