Role Summary
The Global Talent & Competence Manager is responsible for enabling the full talent lifecycle, from attracting and onboarding talent to developing capabilities and managing performance. This role ensures that the organization builds and sustains the competencies required to achieve its strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment Enablement
o Support and enhance recruitment strategies and processes globally
o Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure quality hiring aligned with competence needs - Onboarding Strategy
o Design and optimize onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
o Drive consistency in onboarding experience across regions - Employer Branding
o Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top talent
o Collaborate with Communication and P&C teams on branding initiatives - Early Talent Programs
o Manage trainee and graduate programs
o Develop structured learning journeys for early career talent - Competence Framework Development
o Define and maintain global competence frameworks
o Align competencies with business strategy and role requirements - Performance Management
o Co-improve performance management systems and processes
o Ensure alignment between performance, development, and business outcomes together with Comp&Ben - Talent Lifecycle Enablement
o Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from hiring to development
o Ensure seamless integration across P&C processes - Capability Development
o Identify skill gaps and define development initiatives
o Collaborate with brand learning teams to deliver capability-building programs and ensure access - Talent Insights & Analytics
o Analyze talent lifecycle data to improve processes and outcomes
o Provide insights into hiring, onboarding, performance, and development effectiveness - Global Talent Initiatives
o Contribute to and implement global P&C and talent initiatives
o Ensure alignment across brands, regions and functions
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in talent management, HR, or organizational development
- Fluent English; fluency in other languages is a great advantage
- Experience across multiple HR domains coming from a global brand/ group
- Process design and optimization experience coming together with a strong understanding of the full talent lifecycle
- Very strong communication and influencing skills
- Stakeholder collaboration expertise and team player mindset
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Passionate about leveraging AI to enhance and streamline HR processes
