At Auto Solutions we invest and have an exciting journey ahead of us. The Complete Vehicle Engineering team consists of 12 experienced team members. We work in an agile setup in the intersection where hardware meets software.
We are looking for a system engineer that will focus on system design for security-related initiatives. You will play an important role in driving security-related system development and helping the organization navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
In this role you translate needs into clear, actionable system requirements and design. You define how the system should work end‑to‑end, balancing trade‑offs and risks. The combination of creativity and structure is key to success.
Your responsibilities as System Engineer with focus on Security will include:
Development of system solutions related to security for autonomous vehicles (forklifts). A safety-critical system including both hardware and software.
Define fulfillment of legal requirements, e.g. CRA including Machinery Regulation.
Contribute during entire development process, from pre-study to production.
Lead risk assessments, system analyses and requirement management activities related to security.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Compliance, Product Management and engineering teams.
Contribute to continuous evolvement of our way of working.
We're looking for people who bring a mix of the following skills and experiences:
A degree in Applied Physics, Electrical / Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience within systems engineering, software engineering or related technical fields.
Experience of security-related development, e.g. cyber-physical systems, connected products or embedded systems.
Experience of technical leadership, e.g. for products, platforms, projects or programs.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
You love to solve technical challenges, combining a systematic approach with business focus. Staying updated on industry trends, you actively contribute to defining strategies for systems and components. We believe that your attitude is as important as your skills!
