My name is Dominic van den Ende, Manager of the Operations Center at Dustin. Your role & influence as System Administrator

Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the internal IT environment while supporting the 3rd line team in implementing new solutions and handling 2nd line tickets from the business

Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of the internal IT environment. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with our other departments like End User Services and Infra Ops Architecture to ensure a secure, efficient, and continuously improving IT landscape.

Core activities:

• Monitor, maintain, and support the internal IT infrastructure with a strong focus on system reliability
  
• Support both 1st and 3rd line teams by resolving tickets and contributing to IT projects and initiatives that enhance the overall environment

For this role in Netherlands specific you can expect:

• You will receive €0.26 per kilometer travel allowance or a complete public transport compensation
  
• Home working allowance of €2,45 per work-at-home day, paid monthly

Additionally, it's important that:

• Experience with system administration in medium to large environments, supporting IT operations and implementing infrastructure improvements
  
• Full proficiency in English (Dutch or Swedish is a plus)
  
• Technical skills:
  
  • AZ-500 or SC-900 certification
    
  • Strong understanding of security and authorization principles
    
  • Proficiency in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Windows Server, and Linux
    
  • Experience with VMware ESX(i) and PowerShell
