Sustainable Procurement Transformation Consultants (Manager - Senior Manager level)

The Procurement function, interface between their own Company and its many vendors and partners, plays such an important role because the impact of the decision they make is immense:

• Procurement represents at least 50 percent of a manufacturing company's revenue, having a considerable influence on ESG underlying consequences
• Most companies' greenhouse gas emissions lie outside their own operations, and are in scope 3 that includes emissions from the Supply Chain

Capgemini Invent Procurement Transformation practice helps companies define and implement their Sustainable Procurement strategies, manage CO2 emissions accounting and reduction plans on scope 3, improve and digitalize supplier management activities and tackle ESG risks and opportunities in the supply chain. Working with the biggest companies in the region and in the world, we scale-up the implemented solutions to a broad and company-wide level.We are looking for senior professionals with Sustainability background and interest in Procurement and consulting to deliver our Sustainable Procurement projects.What you'll doTogether with your colleagues, you support our clients in designing and implementing strategies and solutions for Sustainable Procurement related matters. For instance, on Environmental topics, you provide CO2 transparency on scope 3 upstream, you define new ways of working with CO2, you perform product life cycle assessments, and you embark internal stakeholders and suppliers. On a larger ESG scope, you identify the company ESG risks through their Supply Chain and how to address them, you define the new ESG standards for the suppliers, you define the new ways to monitor suppliers on ESG dimensions. You also develop thought-leadership on Sustainable Procurement in general and on Circular Economy in particular. You will work with us from strategy to transformation & implementation: collaboration and customer-centricity are key in our approach. Our Procurement Transformation team supports clients in different sectors, but we are specifically strong in Automotive & Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Retail, and Telco, Technology & High-Tech.What mindset, behavior and skills do we expect from you:We look for new colleagues at different function levels. Our expectations per functional level differ accordingly but what our people have in common:

• 6 to 12 years of professional experience, the majority of them in Sustainability & Consulting assignments
• Experience in Consulting. For senior positions, we expect at least six years of experience in management consulting or in managerial line positions
• Passion for or interest in procurement, sustainability and technology. For senior positions, we expect you to have deep expertise in at least two of the above-mentioned topics
• Project management experience, as a consultant and/or in the industry
• Analytical, curious, brave and proactive, a team player combined with pragmatism
• A Master's degree from a top university
• Fluency in English, Swedish is an advantage
