We are looking for a Solution Quality Lead to drive and secure quality-related processes and ways of working within our client's team working with connectivity.

Requirements

- Experience from in-house product development.
- Experience of working according to software development processes, including quality assurance for both in-house developed and supplier-delivered software.
- Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
- Experience from large-scale development programs involving software, hardware and mechatronics.
- Experience from project management and agile ways of working.
- Strong ability to build relationships, trust and cross-functional collaboration.
- Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable facilitating meetings and driving alignment.
- Understanding of cloud solutions, telematics, mobile applications and embedded development.
- Good understanding of the full in-house software development process, from concept to deployment, including quality assurance activities.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will lead quality-related activities across the unit, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will facilitate Operational Excellence meetings, follow up on agreed KPIs, and ensure that actions and improvements are effectively implemented.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, making networking, communication, and relationship-building key aspects of the role. You will help create alignment across functions and drive a consistent approach to quality and operational excellence.

The assignment also includes supporting the unit with risk analyses, FMEA, and other quality-related methods and tools. In addition, you will contribute to the deployment of standardized ways of working and actively drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hands-on and collaborative role where you will have the opportunity to influence ways of working, strengthen quality performance, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
