You will help strengthen quality in connected vehicle services used in business-critical customer journeys such as emergency call, assistance and stolen vehicle tracking. In this environment, availability, reliability and fast feedback matter every day.
This role is centered on building automated end-to-end validation for complete customer journeys. You will turn system and customer behavior into executable test cases across APIs, backend services, integrations and graphical clients, while using an Internal Developer Platform for test, CI/CD, environments and observability. Job DescriptionYou will translate customer and system behavior into clear requirements, acceptance criteria and automated end-to-end test cases.
You will design, develop and maintain automated validation for complete customer journeys.
You will validate flows across APIs, backend services, distributed services, customer integrations and graphical clients.
You will use the Internal Developer Platform to make test execution, environments and observability more repeatable and effective.
You will integrate end-to-end validation into CI/CD workflows so engineering teams get fast and useful feedback.
You will work with logs, metrics, traces, monitoring and alerting to understand service health and debug failures.
You will contribute to incident investigation and recovery, and turn production learnings into stronger automated tests and more resilient systems.
You will give concrete feedback on tooling, environments, test data, simulators and related platform capabilities, and help improve them when relevant.
RequirementsYou have experience developing software and automated end-to-end test cases with modern programming languages and frameworks.
You have experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate implementation, test creation and investigation while validating the results.
You have experience validating behavior beyond an individual service or API.
You have practical experience with CI/CD, cloud environments, distributed systems and production-like integration scenarios.
You can use observability data, including logs, metrics and traces, to debug failures and understand system health.
You are comfortable moving between requirements, source code, pipelines, customer discussions and production incidents.
You understand proportionate validation, maintainable automation and clear technical evidence.
Nice to haveExperience consuming or contributing to Internal Developer Platform capabilities.
Experience with customer integrations, simulators, softcars or service virtualisation.
Experience with SRE practices, performance testing, resilience engineering or high-availability services.
Experience from automotive, connected-vehicle or other business-critical domains.
