Role summary:
In this role you will be responsible for executing and maintaining integrated production scheduling across all manufacturing processes, from primary to secondary, ensuring the delivery of the Best Executional Production Plan. Your work will balance cash, cost, and service targets while navigating constraints like capacity, material availability, and operational realities.
Main responsibilities:
Prepare rolling, integrated, and synchronized production schedules aligned with planning cycles and volume forecasts.
Ensure and control the execution of production schedules, taking corrective actions when deviations occur.
Adhere to stock policies while optimizing human and machine resources within operational constraints.
Manage exceptional situations such as machine breakdowns, material delays, and urgent production requests with sound judgment and stakeholder alignment.
Lead and participate in cross-functional supply chain projects focused on productivity and efficiency.
Identify and propose improvements to planning processes to enhance performance and reliability.
Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including supply planning, capacity planning, manufacturing, material requirements planning, transportation, and warehouse teams.
Who you are:
University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain (demand planning, logistics, production planning) in a global/multinational FMCG companies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain / production planning (site integrated planning).
Experience in structured way of working, ideally with defined planning process cycle.
Track record as team player connecting well with peers and other key stakeholders outside of team.
Proficiency in in written & spoken English. Swedish is meritorious.
Working knowledge of Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus).
