You'll own one of our full product suits and all modules around it, turning the real needs of emergency services into products that perform when it counts.

What you'll do
- Co-lead a cross-functional team with an Engineering Manager, jointly owning its direction, delivery, and impact.
- Own the strategy and roadmap for your area, balancing user needs, technical realities, and business goals.
- Spend time with first responders to understand how they work and where technology makes the biggest difference.
- Turn complex, safety-critical problems into clear product decisions and a high bar for quality and reliability.
Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, owning complex, technical products end to end.
- A track record of shipping products users adopted and relied on.
- Technical depth - you hold your own with engineers on architecture and trade-offs, and enjoy it.
- A collaborative leadership style - you're energized by partnering closely with an Engineering Manager and a team.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work
