Senior Product Manager — Moonrise

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Stockholm, Aarhus, or Copenhagen to join our Moonrise team, report to our Product Director, and help build the enterprise banking product that gives Nordic businesses the same simplicity we bring to consumers.

What will you do?

• Articulate the Moonrise (our enterprise banking offering) product strategy and roadmap for Moonrise.
• Partner with various sister products and banking foundational teams to execute on a Moonrise dedicated roadmap
• Talk directly with business customers to understand what gets in the way of managing their finances, and turn that into product decisions
• Partner closely with engineering and design to ship features that enterprise customers genuinely want to use
• Define success metrics for the product and use them to guide prioritization and trade-offs
• Work with sales and commercial teams to make sure the product roadmap supports how Moonrise is sold and positioned

What are we looking for in you?

• Solid experience as a Product Manager (or entrepreneur), ideally with B2B or enterprise software within banking or fintech
• Experience building products for large enterprise customers, with a clear sense of what makes enterprise buying and usage different from consumer
• Comfortable owning a product end-to-end in a fast-moving, still-forming product area
• Strong collaboration skills, working daily with engineering, design, sales, and commercial stakeholders
• A bias toward action balanced with rigor, able to make calls with incomplete information without losing sight of the data
