Use your technical expertise to create innovative food solutions that delight consumers and strengthen our customer partnerships. As part of our Savory Applications team, you will lead product development projects, inspire collaboration across functions, and ensure excellence in delivery and safety.

In this exciting role you will:

Product Development

• Lead product development projects, selecting and optimising flavours following customer needs and market trends.

• Collaborate with other teams to bring flavour applications into finished products.

• Evaluate flavour performance across applications and translate insights into continuous improvements.

• Identify and apply flavour technologies and delivery systems to enhance product performance and customer value.

Technical Leadership

• Be a trusted technical partner to our teams and selected customers on formulation and application strategies.

• Build customer relationships and help achieve their technical expectations.

• Lead selected customer projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality and delivery.

• Support and mentor technicians and technologists, contributing to team capability growth.

• Promote the use of new technologies and best practices within product development.

Food Experience

• Shape outstanding sensory experiences by integrating consumer insights and market trends into development work.

• Use Givaudan tools and platforms to demonstrate the value and influence of our solutions.

• Present inspiring product samples for customer engagements.

• Refine formulations based on sensory feedback and market insights.

Environmental Health & Safety

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment.

• Actively contribute to a strong safety culture and responsible ways of working.

• Ensure adherence to EH&S standards and address any risks proactively.

Your professional profile includes:

• B.S.: 4-6 years in a food applications lab, production, or related area (preferred)
• Master's degree: 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Hands-on expertise in savoury product development (e.g. meat analogues, protein systems, and texture development)

• Experience in snack applications (e.g. seasonings, coatings, flavour delivery systems) is welcome

• Exposure to product or industry commercialisation

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Nordic language skills are advantegeous
