Improve product development by applying your technical expertise to create innovative food solutions in the beverage segment that delight customers and enhance their experience.
In this role, you will partner closely with customers to bring ideas to life and deliver results aligned with our business goals and Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards.

In this exciting role you will:

Product Development

• Lead product development initiatives, selecting and optimising flavours in line with customer needs and market trends.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring flavour applications successfully into finished products.

• Evaluate flavour performance across applications and translate insights into continuous improvements.

• Identify and apply flavour technologies and delivery systems to enhance product performance and customer value.

Technical Leadership

• Act as a trusted technical partner to internal teams and selected customers on formulation and application strategies.

• Build strong customer relationships and play an active role in delivering against their technical expectations.

• Lead selected customer projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

• Support and mentor technicians and technologists, contributing to team capability growth.

• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within product development.

Food Experience

• Shape outstanding sensory experiences by integrating consumer insights and market trends into development work.

• Use Givaudan tools and platforms to demonstrate the value and impact of our solutions.

• Prepare and present inspiring product samples for customer engagements.

• Continuously refine formulations based on sensory feedback and market learnings.

Environmental Health & Safety

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment.

• Actively contribute to a strong safety culture and responsible ways of working.

• Ensure adherence to EH&S standards and address any risks proactively.

Your professional profile includes:

• B.S. 4-6 years in a food applications lab, production, or related area (preferred)
• Master's degree 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Proven experience in beverage product development (e.g., carbonated soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, juice compounds).
• Experience with sweet goods and dairy applications is a plus.
• Exposure to product or industry commercialisation is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Nordic language skills are an asset.
