At Falkenberg Dairy we produce cottage cheese and deliver to consumers all over Europe.

How you will make an impact

As Senior Operations Manager, Falkenberg Dairy, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaged and high-performing organization. You will lead a team of eight direct reports and have overall responsibility for an organization of approximately 120 employees. You will work closely with the local leadership team and colleagues across the organization to drive performance, develop people and continuously improve the operation. You will be a visible and approachable leader, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where different ideas and perspectives matter. More specifically, you

• Lead and develop leaders and specialists, building a highly engaged, high-performing culture where people, safety and results go hand in hand.
• Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, service, productivity and cost through clear priorities, accountability and execution.
• Shape the future of the Falkenberg site as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, driving strategy, capability and organizational development.
• Build trusted partnerships with employees, unions and stakeholders to foster collaboration, engagement and sustainable results.
• Lead transformation and continuous improvement, leveraging Lean, digitalization and data-driven decision-making to strengthen performance.

What will make you successful

You hold a university degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or a related field, and bring significant leadership experience from manufacturing, supply chain, or other operational environments.

You have a proven ability to lead change, drive operational excellence, and deliver sustainable improvements in performance, quality, safety, and people engagement. You thrive in complex organizations and have experience leading optimization, transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives. With a strong business mindset, you balance operational delivery with long-term capability building and know how to translate strategy into action.

You communicate confidently in Swedish and English and inspire others through clear direction, collaboration, and accountability.

As a leader, you lead by example, are visible, authentic, and decisive. You build high-performing teams, create strong engagement, and foster a culture where people want to take ownership, grow, and continuously raise the bar.

You are motivated by shaping the future of the organization and delivering results through your people.
