The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Local Product Support team for Live Tank Breakers. In this role, you will provide hands-on engineering expertise, contribute to product care activities, and support both internal and external stakeholders with technical solutions. You will work closely both with our teams in the factory and global product support to secure high-quality performance of our products.
How You Will Make an Impact
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical investigations/testing for complex issues.
Drive mechanical product improvements to enhance performance, robustness, and manufacturability.
Create/maintain drawings and technical documentation (test instructions, procedures) to meet quality and compliance needs.
Collaborate with R&D, Global Product Support, factory teams, customers and suppliers to align, transfer knowledge, and deliver solutions.
Your Background
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Hands-on mechanical work experience; high-voltage equipment knowledge is a plus.
CAD proficiency (CREO or similar 3D tools) and ability to produce clear drawings/documentation.
Collaborative, proactive communicator, comfortable in cross-functional and international settings.
Structured, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and in teams.
English proficiency and basic Swedish.
