Business Finance is part of Deloitte's global Finance Transformation network with over 11,000 specialists working on transforming finance functions. We offer market-leading solutions and advisory services to finance leaders who want to manage the growing complexity of their roles. We support our clients with strategy development, operating model design, organizational design, and technical implementations - all to enable successful finance transformations.

As part of Deloitte's Business Finance offering, you will help clients across various industries solve complex challenges related to the CFO area, in collaboration with colleagues in Deloitte's local and global network. The focus of the work lies within areas such as performance management, planning, budgeting & forecasting, consolidation, group reporting, management analytics, and business partnering - supported by leading technologies.

We are looking for an experienced project leader who wants to drive assignments in advisory services to CFOs with a focus on Business Finance. The role includes:

• Identify customer priorities and needs, and analyze challenges to translate them into concrete and value-creating solutions
• Design and implement new operating models that encompass technology, data, processes, organizational structure, and governance
• Ensure comprehensive delivery of consulting projects by leading cross-functional teams in an inclusive and engaging team culture
• Actively contribute to the development of our Business Finance offering and strengthen Deloitte's position as a strategic partner to CFOs
• Participate in business development through customer dialogues, thought leadership, industry events, and internal competence development

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with solid experience in the finance field and a strong desire to work in advisory services to CFOs. We welcome applications with the following background:

• At least seven years of experience in Finance Transformation or Business Finance from larger global organizations, for example from other consulting firms (the role is adapted to experience level)
• Good understanding of key areas within Business Finance such as financial steering, planning, reporting, and Business Partnering - taking into account technology, data, processes, and governance
• Practical experience with technical solutions on the market for Business Finance, including experience from system procurement, design, and implementation
• Documented experience in project management with a focus on quality, collaboration, and results
• Good analytical ability and experience in translating complex client situations into clear, actionable recommendations
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Ability to communicate clearly and structurally with different target audiences
