About the role
In this role, you will take a leading position in defining, transforming, developing, and operating integration capabilities, solutions, and platforms across Fortum. You will facilitate strategic decisions concerning integrations as part of the Fortum Data Ecosystem with an end-to-end approach.
To help you achieve these goals, you will lead a team of experienced integration architects and integration specialists. Reporting to the Director of Data & Integration, you will oversee integration work, development, and operations, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our integration architecture and solutions align with business objectives and the entire Data Ecosystem architecture.
Your impact will over time be felt throughout the organisation as you enable data-driven decision-making and enhance efficiency, reusability of data, and value creation from data. This position offers opportunities for personal and professional development, allowing you to shape the future of our data and integration ecosystem. You will also be a member of the IT Data & Integrations LT.

About you
We are looking for:
A proven record of accomplishment working in leading roles in data and integrations
Demonstrated ability of developing, executing, and leading on integration area as a part of data ecosystem that align with business goals
Good understanding of business processes, their connection to integration architecture, and the impact of data integrations to business performance
Experience in leading and mentoring a high-performing team of multi-vendor IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture in complex IT environments
Systematic and organized mindset to keep control of financial and investment aspects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
