About the Role
You will lead IT deliveries connected to the transformation of Paintshop and Press Shop operations in a large-scale manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of production, automation and IT, where business needs must be translated into effective IT/OT solutions that work on the shop floor as well as across the wider organization.
You will act as the main IT counterpart to production stakeholders and coordinate deliveries across local and central IT teams. The work spans several parallel initiatives and calls for someone who can create structure, build alignment and keep momentum in a technically demanding environment. It is a great opportunity if you enjoy complex industrial settings where technology has a direct impact on production performance.
Job DescriptionYou will lead and coordinate IT activities across the assigned portfolio of initiatives.
You will own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and risks, and drive progress through established governance and planning forums.
You will coordinate deliveries across multiple IT and OT stakeholders to support successful implementation and business value realization.
You will act as the primary IT contact for production stakeholders and build strong collaboration between business and IT.
You will lead requirements gathering and clarification activities to secure alignment between business expectations and IT deliveries.
You will support business representatives during implementation, testing and go-live activities.
You will facilitate communication between production, automation, operations and IT delivery teams.
You will escalate issues and risks to the right decision-making forums when needed.
RequirementsProven experience as a Technical Project Manager within IT/OT environments.
Experience leading complex IT delivery initiatives in manufacturing or industrial production environments.
Strong understanding of MES, SCADA, industrial automation, shop-floor systems and production-related integrations.
Experience managing stakeholders across both business and technical organizations.
Strong communication, coordination and leadership capabilities.
Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
Nice to haveExperience from automotive manufacturing environments.
Experience from large-scale production transformation or digitalization initiatives.
Previous experience from comparable industrial organizations.
