Senior Infor M3 Production Consultant

Would you like to use your experience in production and Infor M3 for more than simply implementing an ERP system?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infor M3 Consultant specialising in production who wants to join our growing team and work with some of the Nordic region's leading companies in Food & Beverage, Retail and Fashion.

At Elvenite, you will combine in-depth operational knowledge of production with expertise in Infor M3, working alongside other experienced specialists. You will take significant responsibility, influence solutions and act as a trusted adviser to our customers in complex transformation projects.

Your role
As a Senior Infor M3 Production Consultant, you will play a key role in our customer projects and become an important part of the Elvenite team.

We work in project-based teams, collaborating with colleagues from different specialist areas and working closely with our customers' operations. You will be expected to take independent responsibility for your area while contributing to the bigger picture and helping both the customer and the team move forward.

You will work at the intersection of business operations, processes and technology, helping our customers improve how Infor M3 supports their production processes.

Your work may include:

• Designing, configuring and implementing production-related solutions in Infor M3
  
• Optimising processes such as production planning, material supply, manufacturing orders and production follow-up
  
• Understanding complex business requirements and translating them into smart, sustainable solutions
  
• Identifying opportunities to improve customers' production flows
  
• Leading workshops and advising business stakeholders, process owners and other decision-makers
  
• Contributing best practices and challenging both us and our customers when you identify a better way forward
  
• Supporting other consultants and sharing your knowledge with the team
  

As a senior consultant, you will put your existing experience to use while continuing to develop. For us, it is not enough for M3 to work-the production environment and the wider business should work better because of what we do.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with several years of experience working with Infor M3 and production-related processes who feels confident in a consulting role.

You understand how a manufacturing business operates and can see the connections between planning, materials, production, warehousing and other parts of the organisation.

You can understand both the details of the system and the wider business context. You are comfortable driving your area forward independently, building trust with customers and collaborating with other specialists to find the best solution.

We believe you have extensive experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Production planning
  
• Manufacturing processes
  
• Materials planning and supply
  
• Manufacturing orders
  
• Product structures and production data
  
• Production follow-up
  
• Warehousing and logistics related to production
  
• Other related processes within manufacturing operations
  

You have solid experience with ERP and Infor M3, ideally from implementations, major change programmes or complex production environments.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Norwegian is an advantage.
