We are now looking for an experiencedSenior HSE Consultantwho wants to join us on this exciting journey. With us, you will participate in complex industry projects, implement innovative solutions, and play a key role in ensuring safe and sustainable project delivery.

This role requires on-site presence, as you will collaborate closely with our construction teams in ongoing projects. Your presence on-site is essential to ensuring safety compliance, conducting assessments, and fostering a proactive safety culture among contractors.
Your key responsibilities
As Senior HSE Consultant, you will:
  • Act as Discipline Lead for HSE in multidisciplinary industry projects - coordinating, planning, and securing progress
  • Follow up on risk assessments, including HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, HazCon, etc.
  • Oversee HSE activities to ensure safe design, execution, and construction - with the ability to lead specific areas such as fire and explosion protection
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, requirements, and standards
  • Support other engineering disciplines in decision-making and design from an HSE perspective
  • Provide on-site support to construction teams by planning, managing, coordinating, and monitoring contractors
  • Ensure contractors fulfil HSE training requirements and promote a proactive safety culture
  • Review Contractor Method Statements and Risk Assessments
  • Perform joint Construction Hazard Assessments (HazCon) together with customers
  • Lead Safety Rounds, ensure reporting of risk observations, near-misses, and accidents, and support preventive measures
Your profile
Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills. You build trust by acting respectfully and delivering on your commitments. You remain curious, open-minded, and continuously seek better ways of working.

In addition, you have:
  • Education or training within Health & Safety
  • Experience from the process industry
  • The ability to communicate effectively in Swedish
