Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, JavaScript and TypeScript, along with working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud technologies.

Your primary focus will be frontend development, working closely with the Lead Developer as a core part of the delivery team. You will have a strong understanding of the interaction between frontend, backend and cloud components, actively contributing to technical designs and improvements. You will also support Java-based backend and AWS cloud development when required.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain frontend applications using React, JavaScript and TypeScript.

Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.

Build, integrate and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs and external integrations.

Ensure applications meet requirements for security, scalability and performance.

Deploy, operate and maintain applications within a cloud environment.

Contribute to Java/Spring Boot backend development and cloud components as required.

Participate in architecture and technical design discussions and recommend improvements.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring, particularly around frontend architecture and development.

Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders across the full technology stack.

Required

Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in React.

Expert-level proficiency in React, JavaScript and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud architecture.

Good working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.

Strong understanding of the integration between frontend, backend and cloud services.

Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.

Familiarity with state management technologies such as Redux.

Experience with test automation and testing frameworks, such as Jest and Cypress.

Highly valued experience:

DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

MongoDB, Docker and Git.

Developing or maintaining map-based applications/tools.

Using AI-assisted development tools such as AWS Kiro.

Efficiency and cost engineering.
