Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced UX/UI/CX Designer
What You Will Work On
Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems
Develop advanced reusable components in Figma
Manage design tokens, variables, modes, theming, typography, and spacing systems
Support consolidation of multiple design systems into common standards
Create scalable UI patterns and reusable experience frameworks
Collaborate closely with UI Developers to ensure implementation quality
Contribute to versioning, governance, and long-term design system maintenance
Improve documentation practices for both human and AI consumption
Support AI-enabled product design workflows and experimentation
Develop consistent user experiences across internal digital platforms
Establish scalable contribution and governance models
Contribute to efficient and modern product development practices
What You Bring
Several years of experience building and maintaining design systems used across multiple teams
Expert-level experience with advanced component creation in Figma
Strong understanding of variables, modes, properties, slots, and scalable component architecture
Deep knowledge of design tokens including primitives, semantics, theming, and token management strategies
Technical understanding of how design transitions into implementation and production environments
Ability to collaborate effectively with UI Developers and understand implementation impact of design decisions
Practical experience using AI tools as part of daily design workflows
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
Experience creating scalable documentation and structured knowledge assets
Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken
